Diana has been with the Gold Coast Property Sales and Rentals Property Management team since the beginning of 2017 now bringing with her a vast array of skills and attributes to deliver the best possible service to all her clients. Diana has worked for some well-known Real Estates throughout the Gold Coast for the last 8 years and has a passion for Property Management. She has built very strong relationships with landlords, tenants and contractors and knows the importance of customer service to all clients that come through Gold Coast Property Sales and Rentals. Diana understands that to be an effective communicator, you need to be an active listener. One very important part of our system is that we have one person that dedicates her time on Routine Inspections. This proves to be very valuable as they become very familiar with your property and from one routine to the next are able to identify very quickly any maintenance/ or tenant issues that may have arisen. You will get a comprehensive report along with photos of the inspection.
