Nikolina Nenadic

For Nikolina, you are never too young to be passionate about property. Embarking on her real estate career from the early age of 16, before securing a permanent position within the Tina Nenadic team in 2014, she thrives on the special sense of joy and satisfaction which comes with matching people to their perfect property, and is honoured to be part of a business which prides itself on family values, exceeding expectations and giving back to the local community.

It’s this fostering of community spirit which is a key component of Nikolina’s day-to-day role within The Tina Nenadic Team. Tasked with organising free neighbourhood events such as the Annual Merrimac Easter Egg Hunt, Wishing Well and family cinema nights, she is also instrumental in giving back to the schools of the district, including Varsity College with its boot-camp fitness program for Mums, Winter Fair and Christmas Carols, plus the Merrimac State School Christmas Carols and free fitness boot-camps. As well, Nikolina assists with open homes, managing the in-house database and casual staff, arranges marketing materials and ensures the office is running smoothly and efficiently.

Driven by the desire to help people find the place they want to start the next chapter of their lives in, as well as relishing the chance to learn more about architecture and interact with the wide variety of people she encounters within her role, Nikolina thrives on being part of such a fast-paced industry which requires quick thinking, enthusiasm and the ambition to be the best she can be.
